Victor Nieves Ignites the Flames of Liberty
Tuesday Mar 05, 2024
Tuesday Mar 05, 2024
At the young age of 24, Victor Nieves done more in his life than most can say at double his age. He published his first book at the age of 22, Conservative Prudence: Fighting for America the Right Way (https://www.amazon.com/Conservative-Prudence-Fighting-America-Right/dp/B0B37B74HV). In that same year he amassed a loyal following on social media networks totaling over 100 million views. He is a contributor at the Gateway Pundit, and host of the Victor Nieves Show, which airs on FM radio stations on Saturdays and Sundays, later published to podcast.
Victor majored in political science at University of Central Missouri and is an avid student of the constitution. He has spent hours looking over the framers documents and dedicates time to reading the declaration and constitution regularly. Victor is a scholar of liberty, and I have not seen someone speak about the constitution with this type of passion since my conversations with Michael Badnarik.
The current generation often is painted as apathetic and jaded to government. Older generations paint Generation Z as out of touch with conservative politics and mindless foot soldiers for socialism. Victor paints a much different canvas, and illustrates a future that is bright with possibilities for our country.
My interview with him was a reminder to ignite the flames of liberty. Victor reignited my flame, and hope he energizes you as well.

Relativism Leading to Marxism
Monday Mar 04, 2024
Monday Mar 04, 2024
Truth is objective. Facts link to answers that do not care about the outcome of feelings. We teach about the importance of feelings in order to assist emotional and physical wellness. Feelings are rooted in both subjective/objective truth, which blur the line of what is factual. Subjective truth is relativism at the core. It is an intellectual vacuum that ideological movements exploit to advance their goals and agendas.
Early memories of positive and negative experiences impact who we are as individuals. They shape our culture, worldview, and inform our sense of self. Most remember times with family that were special and memorable. Seldom are these linked to politics or a political figure. The lack of core memories around political issues should inform us that self-discovery is more important than getting caught in governmental arguments and frustrations.
Society has stopped discovering and lost the spirit of personal responsibility and accountability. Relativism undermines the social fabric by creating entitlement and victimhood. A classless society appeals to those who blame others for their problems. When nothing is certain and everything is relative the country may seem nihilistic and full of despair.Relativism calls for DEI to solve the worlds ills, and could be called the disease of the mind that infects individuals to believe in Marxism. Once you drop the illogical allure and talking points of Marxist beliefs, you can see that there are many failures of this model. Economics are never efficient, individual liberties lose control to authoritarians, government is corrupted because they are the only ones in power, and in trying to make all equal society becomes less equal.
We need to rediscover America and the Constitution with excitement.

Letitia James Exposed
Friday Mar 01, 2024
Friday Mar 01, 2024
Attorney General Letitia James has had the tables turned. Investigative financial journalist, Mel Witte has published an extravagant expenditure sheet that raised eyebrows after publishing. James is best known as bringing the charges that may cost former President Trump over $450 million in the judgement against him. A public advocate for the past 4 years and former council member, James has kept clear of scandal. Over the past five years the Attorney General has created quite the expenditure list. Over $384k in hotel stays, airfare, car rentals, meals, reimbursements and much more.
According to Witte, the financial statements included lavish stays in Beverly Hills, with reimbursement of $65,000 in campaign consultants, which is vague in description. One of the years after winning, there was a single year of $300,000 in consulting fees, with a 2 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn receiving the funds. While James may not have broken laws, there does seem to be a tie to ghost donors.
In 2022 there were donors from all over the country, with 62% coming from out of state to an attorney general in New York. Over 3 million dollars came in from 32,593 individual receipts. A landslide of donations poured in just as James began her charge press against Donald Trump.
On today’s show we discuss what these numbers may mean for the justice system and the corruption in both political parties.

The Fiction That We Live
Wednesday Feb 28, 2024
Wednesday Feb 28, 2024
Mark Twain understood that fiction would stick to what is possible while truth would embrace the impossible. As artificial intelligence and augmented virtual reality becomes more widely accepted and embraced we are at a crossroads not seen since Greek mythology. Theseus was a sailor who replaced parts of his ship throughout his storied voyagers. After many years he had replaced every single piece of his boat. At what point in time did his ship change from the original to the replaced?
In society there are storytellers who are altering reality with fictional tails that many believe and share with their friends and family. Dinesh D’Souza’s film, 2000 Mules, relied on fictional reality. True the Vote has presented that “mules” coordinated to collect and deposit ballots in Atlanta in November 2020 and January’s runoff in 2021. In the film they use cell phone pings to create a convincing story. Two weeks ago they were unable to provide any evidence for the story they shared with D’Souza and the viewers of the film.
Google’s artificial intelligence named, Gemini, is distorting reality. In a story published by Peter Hasson, Gemini was discovered writing fake reviews of content critical of google. The AI was using real people as the name’s of the reviewers, but fraudulently writing on their behalf. Knowing that AI can augment the perception by lying to the public about content, we are now with Theseus. Which part of the internet is untarnished? Can we trust what we read and see by those we know?
As Google Glass, Apple Vision Pro, and Facebook’s Metaverse become augmented reality, have we stopped having a human experience? At what point did we cross a line to transhumanism? Was it inevitable? We are living now in a fictional reality.

Trump Wins Again But There is Trouble in Numbers
Monday Feb 26, 2024
Monday Feb 26, 2024
A decisive victory was handed to Donald Trump in South Carolina’s primary over the weekend. Trump received 451,905 votes to Nikki Haley’s 298,674. The vote represented a 20 point margin and shows that Donald Trump has successfully held off challengers for the 2024 nomination. Or does it?
Looking at the data closer shows the Republican presumptive nominee may have an election crisis ahead. In major cities voters have chosen the alternative. 40% of voters rejected Trump in South Carolina. However, not so fast… Nikki Haley pushed for democrats to vote for her, and they accounted for over 10% of her vote. Roughly a quarter of Republicans are rejecting Donald Trump in SC, and more up to 30% claim they will not vote for him if he is convicted.
The numbers show Trump has a major hurdle to overcome. He must energize the base behind a candidate that has been tarred and feathered publicly for the past decade. The base is not unified. In order for Trump to offset the loss in voters, he must hope that the same is true of democrat support for Biden. This seems to be possible according to interviews with individuals I’ve spoken to over the past several months. The democrats and republicans are in crisis.
President Biden is hoping you forget about the border, your finances, and your ability to move out of your current situation and up to something better. The needle for inflation has risen for the second straight month and the fed seems to have no answers. The numbers show trouble. Trouble for you, trouble for me, and trouble for our country. Who will unite the base first and overcome?

Searching for Political Identity with Brian Eskow
Friday Feb 23, 2024
Friday Feb 23, 2024
The 21st century has been marked by unprecedented political polarization. The quest for one's political identity has become an increasingly daunting endeavor as aligning with a political party can feel taboo. Yet, amidst the cacophony of discordant voices and divergent ideologies, there exists an opportunity for introspection and discovery. Our guest today has been hosting shows on this topic for several years. Brian Eskow is still searching for his political ideals as he publishes “Searching for Political Identity”.
In the pursuit of defining our political selves, introspection serves as the foundational cornerstone. Our conversation begins with critical race theory and how it is a topic that requires careful thought. We delve into the essence of convictions, and lay the groundwork for a more profound understanding of where we stand amidst the tumult of contemporary politics.
In our quest for political identity, it is imperative to foster an environment of open-mindedness and empathy. The willingness to engage with dissenting opinions and entertain alternative viewpoints lays the foundation for intellectual growth and mutual understanding. By embracing the diversity of thought, we enrich our own perspectives and cultivate a more inclusive discourse.
During our conversation we discovered that context plays a pivotal role in shaping our political identities. The socio-cultural melee in which we find ourselves immersed, as well as the global currents that sweep across nations, exert a profound influence on our worldview. By acknowledging the dynamic interplay of local and global forces, we gain a more nuanced understanding of political dynamics.
Amidst the cacophony of discord, it is all too easy to succumb to despair and disillusionment. Yet, beneath the veneer of division lies the potential for common ground and shared purpose. By transcending the rhetoric of divisiveness and embracing the ethos of cooperation, we can forge pathways toward collective progress and social cohesion. Perhaps, we will wind up in a different locale than where we began.
As we navigate the labyrinth of contemporary politics, let us remain steadfast in our commitment to authenticity, integrity, and the pursuit of a more just and free society.

Lack of Common Sense is the True Endemic
Wednesday Feb 21, 2024
Wednesday Feb 21, 2024
Last week a mass shooting broke out at the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade celebration. In the violent aftermath, one person was killed and over twenty injured, with many of the injured being young children. Immediately the emotional reactions poured out over social media. Government officials and special interest groups began posting about the need for “common-sense” gun reform. Quickly those posts began to become fewer as details of the shooting started to show that gun reform would have done little to prevent what happened at the parade.
The guns used were likely covered by laws, and those who chose to open fire after a heated exchange were criminals that were never going to abide by the restrictions a political ideology would like to impose on Americans. Reflecting on the media response provides vital information we should reflect on. Why is it Kyle Rittenhouse is named immediately by the media, but the juveniles arrested remain anonymous? What emotional biases are clouding judgment of those wishing to enact restrictions on second amendment rights? Where are these same people when gang members violently extinguish teenage lives throughout the country each week?
The headlines often require careful reflection on what is not being said to better understand what is stated. Our society is quick to label critical thinking as conspiracy theory. This cognitive bias clouds the ability to see common sense as the practical and sound judgement it is meant to be against authority and tradition. Last week we discovered the FBI had an informant who lied about Joe Biden and Burisma. Informant, Alexander Smirnov, lied on the FD-1023 form stating the Biden received $5 million and Hunter was also complicit. In the impeachment inquiry, Republicans cited this report as part of their evidence. Common sense must ask both political parties, can the FBI be trusted to investigate any political candidate?
And in a jaw dropping moment, the WHO confirmed that after 99 million cases were studied and over 13 billion doses, that yes, the covid vaccine likely caused millions to die and millions more to be injured. While many were parroting the “safe and effective” tag line, others tried to sound the alarms at the risk of losing all. Common sense prevailed once again.

Embracing Our Sacredness: A conversation with David Darling
Monday Feb 19, 2024
Monday Feb 19, 2024
Humanity stands at a crossroads, grappling with deep-seated divisions that permeate societies worldwide. Yet, amid this turmoil, lies a profound truth waiting to be acknowledged: each of us is a sacred vessel, imbued with divine essence, deserving of dignity and the inherent right to shape our lives as we see fit. Embracing this realization holds the key to transcending the barriers that divide us and fostering a world of unity and understanding.
Central to this journey is the recognition of the sacredness within every individual. When we perceive ourselves and others as vessels of the divine, we cultivate a profound reverence for life itself. This shift in perspective dissolves the illusion of separateness, fostering empathy, compassion, and a deep sense of interconnectedness. In acknowledging the sacred within, we honor the inherent worth and dignity of every being, regardless of race, religion, or creed.
My guest today is David Darling, a trained energy healer, practicing shamanic healing for over 10 years. He is also a Spiritual Life Coach, helping people uncover and transform the limiting beliefs that are holding them back, guiding them to find clarity, purpose and inner peace in their lives. He is also an advocate for the decriminalization and legalization of psychedelic therapies, and he provides specialized coaching sessions around preparation and integration work with these powerful medicines.
Psychedelic substances have emerged as powerful catalysts for this transformative journey, offering individuals a profound glimpse into the nature of reality and their place within it. These substances, when approached with reverence and intention, have the potential to facilitate mystical experiences that dissolve the ego and awaken a profound sense of interconnectedness with all of creation, as seen in studies from Johns Hopkins research, and my guest from last week, Dr. Andrew Gallimore.
In the midst of a psychedelic experience, boundaries dissolve, and the illusion of separateness fades away. Many report feeling a profound sense of unity with the cosmos, experiencing themselves not as isolated individuals, but as integral expressions of the divine tapestry of existence. These experiences often instill a deep reverence for life and a newfound appreciation for the interconnectedness of all beings.
Moreover, psychedelics have shown remarkable promise in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, and addiction, offering individuals a path towards healing and self-discovery. By confronting the inner divisions and traumas that separate us from ourselves and others, these substances can facilitate profound spiritual insights and catalyze lasting personal transformation.
However, it is essential to approach the use of psychedelics with caution and respect, recognizing their potential for both profound healing and harm. Proper education, harm reduction practices, and responsible integration are crucial components of ensuring that these substances are used safely and ethically.
Could the journey towards ending division and fostering a more harmonious world begins with the recognition of the sacredness within each of us? When we embrace the inherent divinity within ourselves and others, we sow the seeds of empathy, compassion, and understanding. Psychedelics, when approached with reverence and intention, can serve as powerful tools for catalyzing this transformation, offering individuals a profound glimpse into the interconnected nature of existence and the inherent sacredness of all life. Through collective action, dialogue, and a commitment to honoring the dignity of every being, we can forge a path towards a world where division is replaced by unity, and love reigns supreme. Perhaps just hearing what is possible in my conversation with David can inspire change in both the heart and mind. That small change may be a large enough change to shake the world and help us heal.
