Born David Freiheit, now known by millions as Viva Frei, he has risen as a distinguished conservative voice on Rumble and social media. Viva began his career as a lawyer in Canada where he followed in his father’s footsteps and family vocation. After seven years Viva began posting on Youtube and by 2017 he won an award for Best Overall YouTube Presence in 2017. By 2019 his channel began covering legal and political events. Biden and Trump: When Is It Time To Decline The Nomination?

The 2024 election will feature two candidates that will be in their eighties at the end of their next term. The Special Counsel report last week stated that President Biden’s memory was noticeably strained in 2017, seven years ago. This knowledge correlates with reports that those working close to Biden noticed mental lapses. The election of 2020 was held knowingly with a candidate that was slipping in their their mental acuity. Special Counsel Hur noted that during the five hour interview Biden had great difficulty remembering moments that were prominent in his life.
“Mr. Eiden's memory also appeared to have significant limitations-both at the time he spoke to Zwonitzer in 2017, as evidenced by their recorded conversations, and today, as evidenced by his recorded interview with our office. Mr. Biden's recorded conversations with Zonitzer from 2017 are often painfully slow, with Mr. Eiden struggling to remember events and straining at times to read and relay his own notebook entries.
In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden's memory was worse. He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended ("if it was 2013 - when did I stop being Vice President?"), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began ("in 2009, am I still Vice President?"). 839 He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died. 81rn And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him. Among other things, he mistakenly said he "had a real difference" of opinion with General Karl Eikenberry, when, in fact, Eikenberry was an ally whom Mr. Eiden cited approvingly in his Thanksgiving memo to President Obama.”
On MSNBC, Dr. Jill Biden affirmed that her husband was mentally fit and his age was an asset to his campaign in 2024. Those around Biden must know what Special Counsel Robert K. Hur concluded. The family and friends of the president are therefore complicit in elder abuse. Whether Biden is failing to remember based on aging or disease is unclear. However, it is clear enough that the President may not be fit to serve, and certainly should not consider another four years.
The boomer generation has served our country honorably. Perhaps this is the time for Biden to lead with dignity and bow out.

Houston is moving to the WEF climate initiative and becoming a smart city. The migrant shift into the state is shifting voting expectations. There are United Nations murals popping up in the city. Most would imagine that Texas would not be moving in this direction. It’s time to find out why.

The Border Bill Had Little to Do With the Border

The bipartisan “border bill” that the Senate passed has been shot down by Congress. News media immediately blamed Donald Trump and insincere Republicans stonewalling efforts to address a serious issue. The text of the bill reveals that this bipartisan agreement was less about the border and more about funding the Biden Administrations proxy wars. $118 billion was agreed on with only $20.2 billion used for the Border.
Further scrutiny of the bill showed the majority of the funds going to defend the security of the Ukraine at a cost of over $60 billion. Gaza, Israel, the Red Sea, and other efforts made up the rest. The bill did nothing to solve the illegal immigration measures as it only activated when 5,000 illegals were counted crossing in a day. The funds would go to processing. Nothing in the bill addressed the almost 8 million illegals that have entered in just this administrations term.
Each time the mainstream names one of these political footballs it is important to recognize that they are revealing their bias. The mainstream alternative press plays these same games. They know how to create fear in their base and continue to engage and lead you in directions that cause you to rely on them. In the social media sphere some of these people rise to levels of influencer. Dom Lucre is one of the major influencers with over 1.5 billion impressions each month on his posts, he rivals Matt Drudge’s popular website engagement.
Dom’s account has amassed a viral following with over 1 million tuning in to see what he will post next. I’m curious, has anyone ever thought about the character and integrity of the individuals they trust? You may be surprised to learn that Dom has a history of scamming people. Yet, many repost his tall tales as if they are the gospel to their political ideology. I present that he is likely doing more damage to the Conservative party than helping, and today I’ll begin to explain why.

Home Buying May Get More Expensive for Buyers

An appeal was filed a several weeks ago in a ruling against broker’s and the National Association of Realtors that awarded $1.8 billion in favor of the plaintiffs. The jury found the the NAR had artificially inflated home prices through a common practice of coupling commissions to be paid to agents. At the settlement table commission was decoupled with a percentage going to the seller’s agent, and the remaining percentage offered to the buyer’s agent. The case Burnett v NAR, argued successfully that the NAR forced home sellers to pay for the buyer’s representation, and that fee should be covered by the buyer directly.
The ruling was delivered on October 31st through a federal jury in Missouri. The NAR has appealed the juries decision claiming the trial was held outside of the district of the claims and that where the trial took place did not have experience with NAR rules.
Home prices have been increasing for the past decade with post pandemic pricing continuing to trend with inflation. Interest rates have almost doubled over the past three years. The ability to purchase a home has become cost prohibitive with most seller’s requesting seller’s assistance at settlement. Buyer’s may soon be on the hook for also paying for proper representation out of funds not tied to their lending.

A type of aggressive cancer progressing to stage 4 more quickly than a treatment plan could be implemented. During that show Dr. Makis was careful and clear to define that there was no medical terminology for “turbo cancer”, rather, this was a moniker to distinguish a new onset phenomenon being seen throughout the world.
 
In the months that have followed Dr. Makis has continued his research and found more in the medical community making valuable discoveries. During our interview we covered published research, pre-print, evidence, theories based on the data, and offer a conversation the medical community is too afraid to address. Neuralink: The Danger of Transhumanism and Mind Control

Elon Musk shocked the world on January 29th, when he announced that Neuralink had been implanted into the first human being. News media celebrated the achievement as a step forward to restoring functions to humans in the future. The FDA approved clinical human trials 8 months prior and many have been waiting to see if a brave individual would step up to participate. This is not a step towards transhumanism, this is a giant leap for mankind into the journey of understanding the brain.
There is an inherent danger to every human being currently on earth and the future of our human race now. In known history we have been in a natural state. Rapidly since the turn of the 21st century we have begin to blur the lines between technology and the human experience. Augmented and virtual reality began to become mainstream over the last five years. Humans are more accepting of hacking their bodies with some implanting near field communication devices to manage tasks like banking.
Allowing a connection directly to the brain is new and terrifying territory. Science fiction movies have warned of artificial intelligence and the merging of humans with biotechnology. Elon Musk has stated that this technology is not about restoring functions to humans, but rather, a symbiotic relationship with artificial intelligence and merging what could be possible for the human experience.
As Neuralink begins their trial an immediate ethics conversation with clearly defined parameters must be announced. This technology could potentially unlock the ability to control brain waves and responses through wireless communication in the near future. In the wrong hands, individuals could control thoughts, actions, and even augment new realities into those they seek to influence. This is no longer tales of blockbuster movies. Elon has created a nightmare scenario unfolding faster than anyone imagined.

Retired FBI Agents Issue Dire Warning About Border

On January 17th, Congressional leaders received a joint letter condemning the Biden Administrations inaction on border security. They make claims of known information that military aged males were using our border weakness to infiltrate for a future attack. This report follows an October 2023 claim by journalist Sarah Fields, that Hamas had a terrorist camp in Mexico that mobilized into the United States in September of 2023. This report earned Sarah a visit by FBI agents, and Newsweek published an article claiming her report was a fabrication.
 
The retired FBI agents joint letter comes at a time when the border is a key conversation in the upcoming election. Since Biden took office the border has been porous and the world has taken note. Previous administrations took unpopular steps to put a hindrance on immigration and the Biden election was a signal to some that these steps would no longer be enforced.
 
The customs and border patrol fiscal report show numbers that back up the claim of relaxed policies. Since Biden took office there have been 7.5 million encounters with illegal immigrants, 6.2 million on the southwest border alone, and 1.7 more that are known getaways. Last year CBP arrested over 35,000 aliens with criminal records, 589 gang members, with 178 of them belonging to MS-13. Air and Marine operations seized over 27k pounds of fetanyl, enough to kill 6 billion people.
 
The Biden Administration now finds themselves at a standoff with WEF pundit, Governor Greg Abbott. America is reaching a boiling point. It would be best that we start making meaningful policies and enforcing them before the water begins to spill over the pot.
