This week we have been honoring the life of Michael Badnarik on the show. Today marks the anniversary of his passing, and will conclude the five part summary on his teachings regarding the Constitution. On today’s show, Chris Michaels joins me to discuss how the Amendments protect our rights to self-expression. Part IV Understanding the Branches of Government

The first three articles of the Constitution provide the three branches of government their role and responsibilities to keep checks and balances on personal liberty and rights. All who serve in these branches swear to uphold the Constitution, but do they understand that we have developed outside the confines of the document. The once limited government is now large and with unlimited influence. Congress and the Senate work around the clock to show Americans that they are deserving of their vote while they cash in on the privileges granted to them.
 
The Executive branch operates on executive orders and oversees the law and order of the country. Our President and law enforcement gets their authority through this Article.  Since 1933, Presidents have abused their powers through the declaration of emergency powers. This was critical for over 450 decrees that made them no different than the Kings and Queens we chose to separate from in the 1700’s. During the pandemic we once again entered an undetermined length of emergency which gave the office of president unchecked powers.
 
Our judicial system is flawed. They rule on what is Constitutional. Who or what gave them that right? “We the People” are the sole owners of what is constitutional. The Supreme Court has usurped this and the citizens have accepted it as truth. Where in the constitution was this authorized?

Pt III Communism is Here and You Should be Outraged

Karl Marx was asked to develop what would be necessary for communism to exist successfully. In the mid-1800’s both he and Friedrich Engels wrote a short essay now known as the Communist Manifesto. In the essay they included 10 planks to achieve their goal. The ideals from all ten planks were never found in the founding documents of the United States. In our early history there were no framers arguing for shared property and rights. The Constitution outlined a trust that would need to followed by those that serve (politicians), for the protection of the rights and property of “We the People.”
 
Government has been moving towards socialism and communism for more than 100 years. The actions that were accepted by Congress and put forth by presidents like Woodrow Wilson were a complete denial of an understanding of our founding documents. The federal reserve is not only part of the Communist Manifesto, but it also unconstitutional in 1913, and remains unconstitutional in 2023. 110 years later, Americans accept it as a way of life. But, they should not. Ending the Fed would be a step towards freedom. With central bank digital currency about to be adopted, the country is on its final exhale.
 
The purpose of covering a summary of the late-Michael Badnarik’s teachings, is to make Americans more aware and educated as a final call to wake up. It is almost too late. It was “Good to be King”, but now we are moving back to being serfs.

Pt 2: Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness

When did you first get granted your Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness? Was it before or after the Bill of Rights? Most individuals do not understand that the documents they reference did nothing to grant them rights. Our country simply defends and protects your rights through the documents created by the founding fathers. The documents gave nothing to us, they simply establish sovereign individuals.
 
Each citizen in the United States are Kings and Queens. We are free to do what we want up until it interferes with the right of another individual. Communities have no rights, and therefore do not have the permission to deprive other individuals of rights they expect and deserve. The community dictating their will to the individual is a plank of communism and a reason why our country was founded as a Republic and not a democracy.

Part I - Rights versus Privileges

Thomas Jefferson wrote, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” The word self-evident could be substituted with the word obvious. Americans are living in ignorant bliss. Most would claim to understand the Constitution and their rights, but many are unaware of what is a right and what is a privilege. Some Americans are arguing for majority rule which could violate individual rights by creating a mob mentality that would define your right as a privilege.
 
The Constitution is not obvious. The President has been violating the Constitutional powers for decades. Executive orders are unconstitutional as the usurp the articles. If the country understood their rights as defined by the Bill of Rights and the Constitution through the Amendments, they would demand better of their government. Ignorance is bliss. And our country is blissfully ignorant. Democrats proudly calling themselves socialist. Republicans calling for increased government surveillance. Each party is lost.

SCOTUS Allows White House to Censor Free Speech

BREAKING NEWS:
In a 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court stated the White House could use the FBI to censor free speech if they deem it misinformation. This is a wrong and dangerous precedent, and the courts got this one horribly wrong.

The Federal Reserve Has Been Hacked: 33TB of American Banking Secrets Exposed

According to the LockBit 3.0 Ransomware Group, they have hacked the Federal Reserve of sensitive data. The Reserve is now given 24 hours to pay the ransom or have their data exposed. Understanding that a Russian national created LockBit, could this be retaliation for the attack on Crimea?
